Mother’s Day Hatha Yoga and Sound Healing – Class 2

To celebrate Mothers Day, we will be hosting two exclusive yoga classes that include a beautiful crystal bowl sound healing. 

Each class goes for 90mins and includes a gentle, yet strengthening Hatha Yoga class led by Mel, followed by a meditation and crystal bowl sound healing led by the beautiful Ashley Place.

Each bowl emits a frequency that helps raise your vibration & heal each chakra, leaving you feeling empowered, energised and totally relaxed and nourished!

Places are limited to 10 people each class, and links will be posted in the comments below to book in.

WHAT: 90min Hatha Yoga & Crystal Sound Bowl Healing

WHERE: Copper City Dance Studio

WHEN: Sunday May 8th @ 2pm and 4pm (you only need to book once)

COST: $45pp (direct deposit or cash)

BRING: As always, mats, blocks and props are available to borrow, but feel free to bring any blankets or pillows etc to get super comfy during the meditation and crystal bowl healing.

These will be the only two classes available that day.
