Dr Indra Karalasingham is qualified with a degree of MBBS (Adelaide) from the University of Adelaide in South Australia and has worked in the teaching hospitals of Adelaide, Canberra and Auckland (New Zealand). During this time he has worked extensively in cardiology, renal medicine, endocrinology, all aspects of general medicine, pediatrics and emergency medicine, orthopedics and fractures, and obstetrics and genecology. He has obtained post graduate qualifications with a Diploma in Obstetrics and Genecology from the University of Auckland. Before moving to Cobar, Dr Indra worked in Auckland, NZ (New Zealand’s largest city) as a GP working in a variety of emergency and general practice situations gaining extensive experience in all areas of medicine.
