Cobar Shire Council have worked alongside key stakeholders within our community to identify major allied health gabs within the community and what is needed within the schools and early learning services in our shire.

Council have received funding from the NSW State Government to engage a travelling Psychologist specialist to complete initial assessments and provide support to children, educators, and parents at the early learning services in Cobar.

This project also involves working alongside a psychologist to complete a need analysis to capture the strengths and gaps in our current allied health services network. This analysis report will be used to approach the Government to advocate the need for essential services within our LGA.
